"Right to Laugh" Night of Conservative Comedy a Hit!!

Thank you to everyone who turned out to support the "Right to Laugh" night of Conservative Comedy at the Friars of Beverly Hills. The show was completely sold out with several dozen calling in for reservations having to be told there was just no more room!

Jeff Wayne did a fantastic job as the featured performer, with lawyer-turned-comedian Howard Smith opening the show to great response.

The evening ended with a standing ovation and a spontaneous rush to the stage that included the great radio talkshow host Larry Elder, homeless advocate Ted Hayes and a good half-dozen others.

Plans are in the works to bring a night of Conservative Comedy back to the Friars in late September or early October.

Sounds like a riotously good time, wish I could have been there. If I could have only afforded the bus ticket to Beverly Hills!

But...we've got Ben Stein coming to our fair city in September for an evening of commentary.
